During WWII, the Waffen SS was known for it's tough fighting qualities. Over 750,000.00 men entered it's ranks which contained many volunteers from different countries... Spaniards, Walloons, Frenchmen, Croats, Cossacks, Volga Tatars, Georgians, North Caucasians, Armenians, Danes, Flemings, Norwegians and Netherlanders were just a few of the nationalities which fought in the armed SS in their fight against the spread of Bolshevism.
